Kestrel 2000
Kestrel 2000 is a superb, top turn, fully-reversible window, operating through 180 degrees, which can be locked in the reverse position for safe cleaning of the glass. When the window is being reversed, it does not protrude into the room, and so does not disturb window drapes or ornaments.
Again using P.E.F.C engineered defect free laminated timber and with a B.F.R.C energy rating of B as standard, coupled with a U.K.A.S test to BS7950/644 and the manufacturers paint guarantee, this window is a durable alternative to the standard casement.
Owing to its robust design, the Kestrel is ideally suited for high rise applications, where external access is difficult. An added safety feature is an automatically operated restrictor, which engages to prevent the window being opened above 100mm.
